Dear drummers,

if you have interest to buy the Balbex sticks, contact our European distibutors.

If you are from country where we don´t have distributor please contact Balbex manufacture  and buy drumsticks directly from us through email contact.

Order

Within 24 hours after the order was sent off, we will confirm your order with final price and shall be asked for the 100% prepayment.

Payment for the goods

The payment has be made through payment order (Bank transfer).
Every Customer can choose on which Bank acount to pay. We offer you 2 possibilities:

1. Payment in Euro on German account in Germany.
2. Payment in Czech Crowns on Czech Account in Czech Republic.

You should indicate the chosen Bank.

After confirmation your order, we will send you all the details about the 100% prepayment of course.

 
Delivery Term

The goods shall be given to the Dispatch Department within 14 days after the payment is credited to our bank account. Exceptionally, we reserve the right to keep a longer delivery term. The Customer is, however, always notified about such longer delivery term always.

Transport of the goods

Transport of the goods into a foreign country shall be managed by the Air post. The time necessary for the delivery of the goods is 2-4 weeks and it depends on the place of destination. The goods shall be insured for all risks.The instructions related to a possible damage accompany each delivery.

Price of transport

It depends always on the weight of the ordered goods and the country into which the delivery is to be made. We always will inform you about the transport fees with our confirmation order.
